ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Wednesday moved Islamabad High Court (IHC) against the ICT administration for non-provision of Parade Ground of Islamabad for holding a public gathering.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan had announced to hold a large public gathering in the federal capital on July 2.
The PTI petition maintained that peaceful gathering is a constitutional right of the party.
The PTI moved IHC urging the court to order the ICT administration for permitting holding of the public rally on Parade Ground.
