PTI not to invite foreign dignitaries to PM oath taking ceremony: Fawad


ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Thursday clarified that no foreign dignitaries would be invited to oath-taking ceremony of PM-in-waiting Imran Khan.
Talking to newsmen here, PTI spokesman Chaudhry said that Imran Khan has directed that the ceremony should be simple and not ostentatious, adding that the PTI would not invite any foreign dignitaries to the ceremony.
However, he explained that some foreign friends of Imran would be invited to the ceremony, which would be a purely a national event.
He said that the oath taking ceremony would be held at President House in Islamabad.
Meanwhile, Indian actor Amir Khan has reportedly said that he has not yet received any invitation from Imran Khan.
