KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari while reacting to Supreme Court’s decision on duration of disqualification has said that people of Pakistan should decide fate of politicians.
Bilawal said in a twitter message, “I am of the belief that it’s the people of Pakistan who should make such decisions about the fate of politicians.”
Training his guns at political rivals Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Bilawal said that both the parties judicialized the politics.
He added that the disqualified Nawaz Sharif and Jahangir Tareen should face the consequences of their actions now.
Bilawal wrote, “Unfortunately it is PTI & PMLN themselves who have forced the judicialization of our politics. Naehal Nawaz & Tareen must now face the consequences of their actions.”
