PTI to submit evidence before SC in Panama Leaks case

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has on Sunday decided in a meeting to submit more proofs before Supreme Court on Tuesday in Panama Leaks case. A documentary film has also been prepared on the corruption of Sharif family.
The meeting presided over by PTI chairman Imran Khan was attended by Naeem ul-Haque, Jahangir Tareen, Asad Umar, Imran Ismail, Shireen Mazari, Arif Alvi, Faisal Javed Khan, Iftikhar Durrani and other party leaders.
The meeting also consulted on the proposed meeting with the Turkish president who is expected to visit Pakistan later this week. Imran Khan also directed the party leaders to highlight the Panama Leaks issue in the media on the occasion.
Imran Khan told the leaders to keep the Panama Leaks issue alive as there were strong evidence of corruption against Prime Minister and his family. He advised them to fight the government propaganda and participate in the talk shows prepared with the facts.
It was decided in the meeting that PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi would soon request the Turkish ambassador regarding his meeting with PTI leaders.
The documentary video prepared to highlight Sharif family’s alleged corruption was reviewed during the meeting. It was titled as “Sharif family’s proud production: An unforgettable tale of lies”.
Moreover, the party leaders present in the meeting were given a detailed briefing over the new evidence to be presented before the court on Tuesday. Sources told that the new evidence has strengthened PTI’s case a lot, and no way out will be left for the Sharif family.
The meeting prayed for the martyrs of Shah Noorani Shrine tragedy and expressed deep concern over government’s negligence and inefficiency.
