PTI’s councilor escapes firing incident in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: A councilor of the Pakistan Tehreek-I- Insaaf (PTI) has survived a firing incident in Peshawar on Thursday night.
According to local police, some unknown motorcyclists opened firing at Rehman Afzal Amin Colony of Peshawar. However, the councilor escaped the attack.
The police registered a case against the unidentified gunmen.
Meanwhile, a man was injured when a gunman opened firing in a mosque over domestic dispute in Peshawar’s Shaheed Abad locality. The injured was shifted to hospital.
