LAHORE: Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM) has announced to hold public rally at Mochi Gate of Lahore at all costs despite not getting permission from the local administration.
The PTM Chief Manzoor Pashteen has asked as to why they could not hold a rally in Lahore when Tehreek-e-Labbaik, other organizations and political parties were staging protests in the city.
The PTM had announced to hold a rally at Mochi Gate; however, the local administration while citing security reasons had denied permission for the rally.
Let it be known that police in Lahore had arrested several leaders and party workers of PTM, which were released later.
Pashteen has claimed that several workers of his party were also arrested from the Punjab University.
