Saudi Arabia intercepts ballistic missile fired from Yemen

JEDDAH: Saudi air defense forces on Tuesday intercepted a ballistic missile over Jazan, launched by Yemen’s Houthi militias, local media reported.
Arab media cited Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir, saying that Iran was the biggest source of danger in the region because of its role in Lebanon, Yemen and Syria, adding that the nuclear deal with Iran needs improvement to prevent it from enriching uranium.
Earlier this month, Saudi forces shot down another ballistic missile fired by the Houthis over the southern province of Najran, bordering Yemen.
