ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan on Wednesday disposed of a case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan pertaining to contempt of court.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP), Justice Saqib Nisar heard the case and disposed it of.
The case was filed against PTI Chief Imran Khan for allegedly making derogatory remarks against former chief justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudry.
The court is also set to hear a contempt of court case against former prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
