SC issues written decision in fake accounts case

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) Wednesday issued written decision in fake accounts and money laundering case.
In its 25-page decision, written by Justice Ijazul Ahsan, the Supreme Court directed the government to remove names of Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah and chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari from exit control list (ECL). The order stated that the government could place the PPP leaders’ name again if it has evidence against them.
The SC directed the NAB to complete investigation into the case within two months and submit report in the count. The NAB was also directed to submit 15-day progress report in the court.
