ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, on Friday heard the contempt of court case against State Interior Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Talal Chaudry.
During today’s hearing, Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) DG Operations Haji Adam appeared before the bench as a prosecution witness.
Haji Adam recorded his statement in the case before the apex court’s bench.
Meanwhile, lawyer of Talal Chaudry also presented arguments in the court after which, hearing of the case was adjourned until April 30.
