QUETTA: At least three terrorists were killed in exchange of fire with police at the Barori Road in Essa Nagri area of Quetta on Thursday night.
According to details, some unidentified gunmen opened fire at a police mobile in Essa Nagri area of Quetta. Police returned the fire as a result three alleged terrorists were killed.
Bodies of the dead terrorists were shifted to Civil Hospital. Contingents of security forces reached the spot and cordoned off the area and also launched a search operation.
This was the second attack by terrorists on police in the city. Earlier, four police officers including a Superintendent of Police (SP) were martyred when terrorists opened fire at a police party at the Jail Road.
