PESHAWAR: A delegation of tribal elders arrived in Beijing on Monday where they will hold meetings with Chines leadership and discuss projects for tribal areas under CPEC.
The delegation has representatives from every district including Malik Darya Khan, Malik Warish Khan and Ikramullah Jan Afridi from Khyber.
The delegation is visiting China on invitation of Chinese envoy in Islamabad where the elders will share their experiences regarding law and order situation in tribal areas.
They will also discuss projects for tribal districts under China Pakistan Economic Corridor. The delegation will spend one week in China. The delegation was briefed by Chinese ambassador regarding the visit that fully-funded by the Chinese government.
