TTP’s terrorist killed after 14-hour shootout in DI Khan

DI KHAN: At least one terrorist was killed and three soldiers were injured in clashes between security forces and banned TTP’s militants in DI Khan, Khyber News reported on Saturday.
According to Khyber News correspondent, on information about presence of terrorist, the top police and military officials including DPO and a brigadier leading the security forces carried out a raid in Garah Alam of Darban area in DI Khan and besieged the terrorists’ hideout.
The terrorists opened firing and hurled grenades at the security forces. The clashes between the security forces and terrorists continued for over 14 hours, which started on Friday.
One terrorist, Abdul Hakeem son of Abdul Rehman Gandapur, resident of Kulachi, was killed while three personnel of the security forces were injured in the operation. The injured personnel from Pak army, CTD and Frontier constabulary were shifted to hospital.
