RAWALPINDI: US Special Representative for Afghanistan Reconciliation Zalmay Khalilzad on Friday called on the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ in Rawalpindi.
In a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), US Ambassador to Pakistan Paul W Jones was also present in the meeting.
Matters pertaining to regional security situation with particular reference to ongoing Afghan reconciliation process was discussed in the meeting.
