ISLAMABAD: President Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians (PPPP) Asif Ali Zardari on Friday strongly condemned the suicide attack in Peshawar killing policemen including Additional Inspector General of Police Ashraf Noor and his guard.
“These policemen are heroes of the nation as they have offered supreme sacrifices in fighting the menace of terrorism. The entire nation is grieved over the martyrdom of these policemen,” he said in a statement issued by the party secretariat.
Zardari expressed his sympathy with the victim’s families and prayed for eternal peace of the departed souls.
