ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb hoped on Saturday that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) would not back out from strengthening the democratic process in the country.
She said that sacrifices of Benazir Bhutto for democracy were before everyone and implored other political parties to take steps to strengthen democracy.
The minister said that Imran could not fathom the support being shown by masses for Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif and that it was Imran’s time to go home.
She also said that the country was on its path to become an economic hub and that Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi would continue with Nawaz’s policies of economic growth.
