19 TTP Terrorists Killed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Operations, Confirms ISPR

Security forces have killed 19 TTP terrorists in three separate intelligence-based operations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on September 9 and 10, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed.

According to ISPR, the first action took place in the Guluno area of Mohmand District. Acting on precise intelligence about the presence of TTP militants, the troops launched a targeted raid. The hideout was engaged effectively, leading to an intense exchange of fire. As a result, 14 terrorists were eliminated on the spot. ISPR described these men as Indian-sponsored Khwarij who had been actively involved in violent attacks across the region.

In another operation in Datta Khel, North Waziristan, security forces neutralized four more TTP fighters. Troops moved quickly, leaving no chance for the militants to escape.

Meanwhile, in Bannu District, one more terrorist was killed during a fierce encounter. Arms and ammunition were seized from all three locations, strengthening the forces’ position against extremist groups.

The military’s media wing further noted that sanitization operations are still underway in the cleared areas. The purpose is to make sure no terrorist networks remain active in these zones.

“Pakistan’s security forces remain committed to eliminating Indian-backed terrorism. Our soldiers will continue to destroy militant elements that attempt to destabilize the region,” the ISPR declared in its statement.
