MIRAN SHAH: Three persons were killed and 12 others sustained injuries when a clash erupted between two rival groups in Miran Shah subdivision of North Waziristan Agency (NWA).
According to local administration, the incident took place over the ownership of land in Boya Mohammad Khel area of Miran Shah.
Members of the groups attacked each other with daggers and axes as a result of which, three people were killed and 12 others sustained wounds.
The administration added that the injured people had been taken to hospital for medical assistance where two of them were stated to be in critical condition.
Action was taken against both the groups and six people were arrested, the administration said and added that further investigations were underway.
