Air Chief Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sadhu Highlights PAF’s Valor and Strategic Excellence to Cadets as he addressed cadets at the Pakistan Air Force Academy, emphasizing the force’s professionalism, unity, and preparedness to defend Pakistan’s skies. The speech highlighted both the enduring friendship with Saudi Arabia and the PAF’s role in recent national victories.
Chief of Air Staff Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sadhu welcomed Saudi cadets at the academy, calling their presence a “powerful symbol” of cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He stressed that shared training and military exchange strengthen bilateral ties and mutual defense capabilities.
Pakistan’s Victory in the “Battle of Truth”
Reflecting on a recent conflict, the Air Chief credited Pakistan’s decisive victory in what he termed the “Battle of Truth” to national unity and tri-services coordination. He highlighted that Pakistan’s armed forces, despite being outnumbered, defeated a superior enemy through strategy, coordination, and divine blessings.
He noted, “Our triumph resulted from the combined role of all elements of national power and, above all, the special blessings of Allah.” He also acknowledged the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir for guiding the nation to victory.
The Air Chief detailed the Pakistan Air Force’s key role, stating that the PAF successfully downed the enemy’s most advanced aircraft while maintaining balance and proportionality in operations. “Our objective was to secure peace with honor,” he emphasized.
He outlined how the PAF revamped its operational doctrine to match modern warfare concepts, innovated aggressively, and inducted multiple advanced fighter jets and technologies via the Smart Induction Program, all under financial and technological constraints.
“The world has never seen such bold use of integrated airpower coupled with modern technologies,” he said, noting that 2025 marked another year of professional excellence and dominance across all aerial domains.
Tribute to PAF Personnel and National Resolve
Air Chief Sadhu praised every PAF member for courage, professionalism, and dedication under challenging conditions. He highlighted the synergy with other services and reaffirmed that the PAF’s performance reflects the nation’s pride and confidence in its armed forces.
He issued a firm warning to adversaries: “If our national sovereignty is challenged again, our adversary will find the Pakistan Air Force far stronger and better prepared.”
Concluding his address, the Air Chief emphasized Pakistan’s commitment as a responsible nuclear power with robust regional and global ties. He affirmed that the nation, its leadership, and armed forces remain fully resolved to safeguard Pakistan’s ideological, geographical, and aerial frontiers.
“The trust of the Pakistani people in their armed forces is unparalleled, earned through decades of selfless service, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to national defense,” he said.
