Pakistani actor Alizeh Shah has denied allegations that she highlights controversies to gain attention, saying she has upcoming projects and is not facing any shortage of work.
In a recent video shared on Instagram, Alizeh spoke about her new projects and also explained why she has repeatedly spoken against Shazia Manzoor and Yasir Nawaz.
“I know you might think I’m posting another video just to get attention,” she said. “But I want to show you the scripts of my upcoming dramas to prove that I’m not out of work.”
Alizeh added that after what happened with her over the past five years, she needed a break from television dramas.
She said her manager advised her not to speak publicly about certain incidents as it could further damage her reputation. However, she claimed that the situation was intentional and alleged that the person managing multiple artists was also taking money from other actresses.
The actor also clarified why she raised her voice against Yasir Nawaz.
“If you have a bad experience with someone, you may mention it once or twice,” she said. “But you have been taking my name on different shows for the last five years. You never explained why I allegedly misbehaved, and you don’t have any proof.”
Her video has sparked fresh discussion on social media, with fans divided over the ongoing controversy.
