LAHORE: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore Wednesday heard the appeal to arrest former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry in all the cases and ordered to arrest him in all the cases at once filed against him
The court, after hearing arguments from Advocate Zafar Iqbal Mangan representing Fawad Chaudhary, directed the authorities to arrest him in all the cases simultaneously.
Mangan contended that various cases were registered against his client after May 9, and if Fawad Chaudhary were to secure bail in one case, he might still face arrest in another.
In response, the court instructed the provision of details regarding the cases filed on May 9 and 10 and mandated the arrest of Fawad Chaudhary in all the cases concurrently.
