Australia have announced their playing XI for the first T20 International against Pakistan in the three-match series.
According to team officials, captain Mitchell Marsh will be rested for the opening match, with Travis Head set to lead the side in his absence.
Australia’s playing XI for the first T20I includes Travis Head, Matthew Short, Cameron Green, Matthew Renshaw, Cooper Connolly, Mitch Owen, Josh Philippe, Jack Edwards, Xavier Bartlett, Mahli Beardman and Adam Zampa.
The opening T20I between Pakistan and Australia will be played today at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, with the match scheduled to begin at 4:00 pm (local time).
