Yemen’s Huthi rebels threatened to target vessels heading to Israeli ports unless humanitarian aid is allowed into Gaza. This follows a series of maritime attacks by the Huthis in the Red Sea amid the Israel-Hamas conflict. The rebels expanded their target scope to include all ships bound for Israel, irrespective of nationality. Israel rejected the naval siege, urging international action. GAZA: Gaza’s Health Ministry said on Saturday that at least 17,700 Palestinians have been killed and more than 48,780 injured in Israeli brutal attacks in the Gaza Strip since October 7.
