ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s coalition government presented the finance bill in the National Assembly on Wednesday,  with a significant increase in income taxes for the salaried class to meet IMF conditions for a new loan programme. ISLAMABAD: The Pakistani government is set to intensify measures against non-tax filers, proposing a ban on their foreign travel as part of the new budget. RAWALPINDI: Security forces have conducted 7,745 small and major intelligence-based operations in over two months against terrorists and their facilitators, during which 181 terrorists were killed while 62 others were arrested. As per details, security forces, police, and the Counter Terrorism Department conducted 7,745 anti-terror operations from April 1 to June 10, 2024, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and Sindh.
