KARACHI: Pakistan’s aviation sector is facing a severe crisis, with 25 flights cancelled.
This disruption has left passengers stranded, as aviation authorities cite a fuel adjustment plan as the root cause.
16 flights departing from Karachi to various airports, as well as three flights from Karachi to Islamabad, have been called off.
Moreover, two flights between Islamabad and Jeddah have also been cancelled.
Under the fuel adjustment plan, the flight operations are expected to see a significant decrease in both domestic and international.
As of today, only five flights are scheduled to operate to and from Karachi.
