Speaking before his departure, Babar said he thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Sydney Sixers and was grateful for the love and support from fans. “I truly enjoyed my time with the Sixers. The support from fans was amazing, but now it’s time for national duty,” he said.

Reflecting on his experience, Babar added that playing in the Big Bash League gave him valuable learning opportunities. “I learned a lot during this tournament. The time spent here will always be memorable. I wish the Sydney Sixers the very best for their upcoming matches.”

Babar featured in 11 matches during the tournament, scoring 202 runs, including three sixes and 19 fours.

With Babar’s departure, no Pakistani players remain in the ongoing Big Bash League.
