Pakistan’s star batter Babar Azam has retained his fourth position in the latest ICC ODI rankings, as announced by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
According to the updated list, India’s Rohit Sharma has overtaken teammate Shubman Gill to claim the top position, while Afghanistan’s Ibrahim Zadran remains in second place. Gill, after a two-place drop, now holds the third position.
Among other Pakistani players, Mohammad Rizwan has climbed one spot to 24th, while Fakhar Zaman remains steady at 27th.
In the bowlers’ category, there have been no changes in the top three positions. Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan continues to lead, followed by South Africa’s Keshav Maharaj in second and Sri Lanka’s Maheesh Theekshana in third place.
For Pakistan, Shaheen Shah Afridi has moved up one position to 14th, while Haris Rauf holds his 30th spot in the rankings.
