Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, Director General of ISPR, has emphasized the deep bonds between the Baloch people and Pakistan. He said these ties of religion, culture, history, and tradition form the foundation of national unity.
Speaking at King Edward Medical University in Lahore, he received a warm welcome from students, faculty, and the administration. During his address, he discussed the achievements of Operation Baniyan Marsous. He highlighted the Pakistan Army’s plans against hostile forces and the importance of unity of the nation in overcoming challenges.
The ISPR chief stated that a few terrorists cannot derail the progress of Pakistan and Balochistan. He underlined that the country’s development and prosperity will continue unhindered. He also reaffirmed that Kashmir remains the lifeline of Pakistan and will always hold that status.
Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif credited the victory in the “battle for truth” to the strong support of the people and youth. He said their trust fuels the Pakistan Army’s resolve to protect the homeland and maintain national cohesion.
Students at the event praised the sacrifices of the armed forces. They also voiced their wish for more interactive sessions that strengthen national unity and inspire young minds.
