CJP Nisar reprimands Larkana hospital’s MS, judge of lower court

LARKANA: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar, who is on tour to interior Sindh, Saturday reprimanded MS of Chandka Hospital over cleanliness condition and a judge of a lower court over keeping mobile phone during hearing of the cases.
The chief justice visited Chandka hospital and reprimanded medical superintendent of the hospital and Larkana mayor over condition of the laboratory and cleanliness situation in hospital.
The top judge has ordered the management to immediately remove the heaps of garbage in the hospital.
The chief justice also assured a women to provide her justice when she informed the chief justice about arrest of her son.
Meanwhile, the chief justice, during his visit to district and session courts, also reprimanded a judge for keeping his mobile phone on table during hearing of the cases. He asked the judge that who had allowed him to keep mobile phone during proceedings of the cases. He also expressed dissatisfaction over the performance of the lower judiciary. The chief justice was also angry over absence of the prosecutor.
