PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur has decided to provide free plots to the families of provincial employees, including police and rescue personnel, who have been martyred in the line of duty.
The decision was made during a meeting of the Housing Department, chaired by the Chief Minister, and attended by his special assistant, Secretary Housing, Director General PHA, (Provincial Housing Authority) and other high officials. The meeting also decided to provide plots to the heirs of Pakistan Army and FC (Frontier Constabulary) martyrs.
In this regard, Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur said that the allocation of plots will begin with 500 plots available in government housing schemes, and the purpose of providing plots to the heirs of martyrs is to provide economic support to their families. He said that the sacrifices made by the martyrs for our secure future cannot be repaid in any way. The Chief Minister directed to expedite the allocation of plots to martyr families in Hangu, Nowshera, Peshawar, Swat, and Abbottabad
