ISLAMABAD: A local court in Islamabad on Monday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for now-PTI suspended MNA Sher Afzal Marwat.
The warrant pertains to a case filed at Naseerabad police station. Marwat is alleged to have constructed a plot near Thalian Motorway Interchange without the necessary permissions. The court has mandated his arrest and appearance before it by July 30.
