PESHAWAR: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Thursday has arrested a proclaimed offender from Karkhano Market area and was booked under terrorism act.
According to a statement of the CTD, the offender identified as Raees belongs to Landi Kotal of Khyber Agency and has affiliation with a proscribed organization.
Raees was wanted in an attack on police officials in Phase-II Hayatabad area of the Peshawar.
