Dengue claims another life, death toll rises to 69 in KP

56 new dengue cases reported during 24 hours in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

PESHAWAR: The deadly dengue epidemic has claimed another life on Monday, raising the total death toll due to mosquito borne disease to 69 in Khyber Pakthunkhwa.
According to Dengue Response Unit (DRU) of Health Department, the deceased was identified as Wajid Ali son of Sardar Ali, age 48 year.
He was resident of Sheikh Muhammadi village on the outskirts of Peshawar.
The deceased was admitted at Hayatabad Medical Complex today on November 6.
On Monday 32 patients were admitted in hospital for treatment. While 68 were discharged after improvement in their conditions. …APP
