MUMBAI: Bollywood director Sajid Khan has responded to the recent reports of his death circulating in the Indian media.
Several Indian media outlets claimed on Thursday that Sajid Khan had passed away due to poor health, citing long-term battle with cancer as the cause.
In the wake of these reports, which were believed by many of his fans, Sajid Khan took to Instagram to share a video message, clarifying that he is very much alive. In the video, he mentioned that some media representatives mistakenly used his picture, and it was the actor Sajid Khan who had unfortunately passed away, not the director.
Sajid Khan emphatically denied the rumors, captioning the video with a reassurance that he is alive.
It’s worth noting that the late actor Sajid Khan was known for his roles in films like ‘Mother India’ and ‘Son of India,’ with additional credits in movies such as ‘Maya’ and ‘My Funny Girl.’
