ISLAMABAD: The Economic Coordination Committee has approved enhancement of sugar export quota by 0.1 million tons taking the total export of the commodity to 1.1 million tons.
The committee, which met in Islamabad on Tuesday with Finance Minister Asad Umar in the chair also approved release of two billion rupees of outstanding freight support claims.
It approved allocation of up to 30 mmcfd gas from Zafir field to Sui Southern Gas Company Limited.
