Quetta: In a significant move to empower women in Balochistan, FC Balochistan (North) has launched another impactful welfare initiative aimed at promoting economic self-reliance among local women.
Public welfare and women’s economic empowerment remain top priorities for the development and prosperity of Balochistan. As part of this effort, the Commander Quetta Corps and Inspector General FC Balochistan (North) visited the E-Commerce Centre in Nushki.
During the visit, officials were briefed on the centre’s objectives, training programmes, and skill development initiatives for female students. The Corps Commander praised the E-Commerce Centre, calling it a model initiative that enables women to play a productive role in society.
Speaking on the occasion, the Corps Commander said such projects are an important step toward economic independence for students across Balochistan. He reaffirmed the commitment of FC Balochistan to continue supporting education, training, and public welfare initiatives in the province.
Female trainees at the centre expressed gratitude for the facilities provided by FC Balochistan (North). One student said the Nushki E-Commerce Centre has played a key role in empowering women and creating self-employment opportunities.
The trainees also appreciated the focus on modern digital and online skills, describing digital education as a guarantee for a secure and brighter future for the youth of Balochistan.
