LAHORE: Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, a leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), has finalized plans to visit Saudi Arabia during the final days of Ramadan to perform Umrah.
Sources within the party disclosed that Nawaz Sharif will be accompanied by his sons, Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz, as well as his daughter, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, during the trip to Saudi Arabia.
Following his Umrah pilgrimage, Nawaz Sharif will fly to London for a medical check-up. After a brief stay in London, he will return to Pakistan.
Additionally, sources from the PML-N have indicated that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is also planning to undertake an Umrah pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia during the last ten days of Ramadan.
