Islamabad: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC), led by Chief Justice Aamer Farooq, has rejected the plea submitted by former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman, Imran Khan.
The plea sought the suspension of the Toshakhana case verdict. While the court has granted a suspension of the sentence specifically related to the Toshakhana case against Imran Khan, it did not entertain his request to suspend the entire verdict.
