ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad high court (IHC) has issued notices to deputy commissioner Islamabad, Inspector General (IG) police and others on plea against not allowing to hold Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) a rally in Islamabad and sought response till March 27.
According to the details, chief justice Aamir Farooq heard the plea regarding this matter. PTI’s lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat appeared in the court.
Lawyer Sher Afzal stated that IG Islamabad has made the cause of security threats for holding PTI rally in Islamabad.
Chief justice Aamir Farooq said that whatever options are available the court will see it on March 27.
