ISLAMABAD: Foreign nationals currently residing illegally in Pakistan have only 24 days to depart the country before being deported.
Foreign nationals residing in Pakistan without proper legal status are required to depart the country by October 31. If they fail to do so, law enforcement authorities will be tasked with apprehending and facilitating their deportation.
During a recent gathering of the Apex Committee of the National Action Plan, a unanimous decision was reached to enforce stringent measures against unauthorized immigrants residing in Pakistan and address issues related to the business activities and property holdings of such individuals.
As many as 99 Afghan families have left Pakistan through Torkham border in last one week.
