ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, has announced the newly appointed focal persons approved by PTI founder Imran Khan.
Barrister Gohar took to the social networking website ‘X’ to announce that he and Senator Shibli Faraz have been designated as the new focal persons by Imran Khan.
Additionally, Omar Ayub Khan, Intezar Hussain Panjotha, and Senator Ali Zafar have also been appointed as new focal persons.
Previously, on March 30, Imran Khan had assigned three focal persons for jail meetings, including Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar, Sher Afzal Marwat, and Barrister Umair Niazi.
Each focal person will nominate two individuals for prison visits, which will be permitted twice a week: family visits on Tuesdays and meetings with lawyers and others on Thursdays.
