Imran Khan promoted western agenda: Captain Retd Safdar


ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Captain (retd) Safdar said on Tuesday that the agreement, to end the Faizabad sit-in, between the government and a religious group was made ‘somewhere else’.
Talking to media outside accountability court here in Islamabad on Tuesday, Safdar that protesters would not have brought the twin cities to a standstill if the agreement was made between the government and the protesters.
The PML-N leader said that Nawaz was ousted from the premiership because he is ‘Made in Pakistan’, adding that he would not allow grade 19 officers to disrespect the parliament.
Lashing out at Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Captain (r) Safdar said that Imran Khan promoted western agenda in Pakistan.
Safdar further added that changing the condition of police stations, hospitals and roads was not development.
