LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-N’s Senior Vice President and Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz has said that Imran Khan should not be arrested now but after the cases are decided.
Addressing a press conference here on Friday, Maryam Nawaz said that the scenes in Zaman Park have not been seen with any political party in the 75-year history of the country.
Maryam Nawaz said that they attacked the police, the state, which is an open rebellion against the state, this is what has been happening since 2014, when they dug graves on the in front of the parliament house and mocked the state.
She said that earlier these things were hidden because the guardians and facilitators were present at that time. She said that Imran Khan used to sit cross-legged in the court of Justice Khosa every day but no one arrested him.

Maryam Nawaz said that if the state wants to catch them, they can catch them in 5 minutes, but the state does not want bloodshed. What is the difference between the operation in Rahim Yar Khan’s Kacha area and Zaman Park? And the same is happening in Zaman Park.
The Senior Vice President said that this person is attacking the state from the beginning, he also laid mines on the country’s economy after seeing the collapse of his government, and damaged the country’s relations with other countries on the issue of cipher. Maryam said, “I say that he should not be arrested now but should be tried, he should give an undertaking to appear in the courts, that he will appear in every hearing, when the cases are decided, then he should be arrested.”
He said that the terrorists used to sit in the caves and give orders for brainwashing the youth. Imran Khan also kept giving orders to throw petrol bombs while sitting inside Zaman Park.
The PML-N leader said his own children were safe in London and was encouraging people’s children to attack the state, saying that those who staged rallies, bringint petrol bombs and terrorists would get the party ticket. Is there any room for doubt that this is not a political party but has entered in the name of politics with a plan of civil war, she added.
Maryam Nawaz raised the question that Imran Khan warrant was suspended again today, was this facility available to all the other parties?
Maryam Nawaz stressed that the government should deal with Imran Khan not like a political party but like a terrorist outlawed party, it has tried all the tactics and is now offering talks.
She further said that Imran Khan continued to praise General Bajwa and demanded his court-martial when he stepped down. General Bajwa and General Faiz have admitted what they have done, they have brought the institution into disrepute. Therefore, the institution should take action against them.
