India submits reply to ICJ on matter of Kulbhushan Jhadav

ICJ to announce Kulbushan Jadhav case verdict on July 17

ISLAMABAD: India has submitted its written reply to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on the matter of its convicted spy Kulbhushan Jadhav in Pakistan.
According to a statement of the Foreign Office of India, New Delhi submitted the reply in ICJ against the documents submitted by Pakistan in the court.
The statement added that India was committed to ensure all the rights of Kulbhushan saying that New Delhi will make all out efforts in this connection.
In December 2017, Pakistan has presented its stance to the ICJ on the matter of Kulbhushan Jadhav.
A military court – in April 2017 – had sentenced Kulbhushan Jhadav to death for espionage and terrorism in Pakistan.
