Indian Army Sexual Abuse Allegations: Colonel Amit Kumar Exposes Top Brass

A shocking revelation of Indian Army sexual abuse has emerged as retired Comrade Colonel Amit Kumar exposed disturbing truths about his own force. He claimed that women in India, already living under constant threat, are now suffering violations by senior military officers.

Kumar alleged that superior officers in the Indian military even engage in marital rape, hiding their crimes under the cover of “orders and duty.” He shared a painful account, saying his wife was raped after he brought her from the family ward. According to him, the assault occurred in Odisha, where police were complicit, and generals and brigadiers violated her dignity.

Despite the existence of video evidence, no case has been properly registered. Kumar said FIR 33/2024 named three brigadiers and a lieutenant colonel, yet all were cleared of charges. He stressed that the investigation was carried out by the very officers accused in the case.

The retired colonel further revealed that the Adjutant General is the brother of Lieutenant General S.P. Singh, while Brigadier Prabhu and Major General Sandeep serve as legal advisors, yet complaints have been filed against them. He questioned why the Army Chief remains silent on such grave crimes against women, calling it a deliberate act rather than negligence.

Kumar added that the hospital has withheld all medical records of the assault to this day. He insisted that when the Army Commander himself is involved, victims cannot expect justice. He accused top commanders of spreading false narratives to tarnish his wife’s character, asking who granted them the authority to trample women’s dignity.

He also disclosed that, following pressure from the National Commission for Women, SP Kangra was transferred within five days. Kumar vowed to expose the Western Command of the Indian Army.

Blaming the Modi government, he alleged that victims are being pressured through character assassination and manipulated videos. He declared that “military beasts” continue to roam free, adding that the Indian Army is writing new chapters of human rights violations and atrocities against women while hiding behind their uniforms.
