The viral video depicts Vikas Negi stepping forward to offer encouragement to his fellow player, Umesh Kumar, after the latter scored a boundary. In a sudden turn of events, Vikas collapses on the ground, overwhelmed by the intensity of pain. Teammates quickly surround him, and the medical team rushes to the pitch to provide assistance.
Tragically, despite efforts to save his life, Vikas Negi was transported to a nearby hospital in Noida, where he succumbed to the cardiac arrest.
