India’s War Hysteria: IAF Air Exercises Near Pakistan Border

Lahore: India, in another display of military aggression, has announced large-scale air force exercises near the Pakistani border, raising concerns over regional peace and stability.

According to reports, the Indian Air Force (IAF) has issued a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) declaring extensive aerial drills in the Kutch region of Gujarat, located close to Pakistan’s border. The airspace will remain closed to international commercial flights from January 20 to January 21 to facilitate the exercises.

Indian media sources report that frontline combat aircraft, including Rafale jets, Sukhoi-30 MKI, Jaguar fighters, and other advanced platforms, will participate in the drills. The exercises are expected to include high-speed sorties, aerial combat maneuvers, and possibly live-fire or bombing training.

Reports further state that the restricted airspace covers highly sensitive areas along India’s southern border with Pakistan. These include parts of the Arabian Sea, Sir Creek, and regions near Rajkot and Ahmedabad, areas that have previously remained under close military observation.

Defense analysts in Pakistan view these developments as provocative military signaling, warning that such actions increase tensions in an already fragile regional security environment. Pakistani defense authorities are closely monitoring the situation to ensure national airspace security and regional stability.
