KP government has clearly refused to allow Pakistan Democratic Movement to hold public rally in Peshawar due to increase cases of coronavirus.

District administration has issued a notification which stated that a joint meeting was held with the organizers of the said rally.

Ceremonies and public gatherings are to be avoided as the Covid-19 positivity rate for district Peshawar has presently exceeded 13 percent.

It further wrote that the local authorities regret to inform that permission for the said event has not been granted to the opposition parties.

It is very important to mention here that PDM leadership has pledged to hold rally in Peshawar on November 22 at any cost.

ANP provincial president Aimal Wali Khan said the PTI government is playing tricks over not giving NOC for the rally.

PML-N spokesman Ikhtiar Wali Khan asked with whom permission, Imran Khan and Chief Minister of KP Mahmood Khan had conducted rallies.

PPP leader Faisal Karim Kundi has said that PDM will surely hold public gathering on November 22 in Peshawar.
