PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan has directed the concerned authorities to collect data of homeless people sleeping on the footpaths in the province.
Presiding over a meeting in Peshawar on Saturday, he said the government will establish shelter homes for those people having no house according to the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Mahmood Khan said presently eleven shelter homes are available in the province.
The meeting also approved establishment of three more shelter homes in different areas of Peshawar city.
On this occasion, the chief minister directed rehabilitation of Drug Addicts Rehabilitation Center in Peshawar besides allocating separate beds for drug edicts in the hospitals.
