PESHAWAR: The good governance committee in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has initiated an inquiry into allegations of misconduct against certain provincial ministers. The committee is examining complaints filed against cabinet members and is evaluating potential actions, including possible dismissals.
Sources indicate that the committee is reviewing cases involving corruption, irregularities in transfer postings, and other forms of misconduct.
Additionally, the committee has assessed the performance of over 27 members of the National and provincial assemblies affiliated with the PTI party and found it to be unsatisfactory. The committee’s findings and recommendations will likely be shared with relevant authorities for further action.
